Tax Free Weekend

Note to Elise 2022 - do not delete this - manually add all new items to this collection by clicking 'Browse' - go to settings and click Taxes > United States > Texas > Tax Override - creating an automated collection does not work which is super annoying - remove over $100 items

Update 2023 - Added a flow to automatically put all new clothing under $100 into this collection, so hopefully we just need to add it to the tax override section and remove when the sale is over. It's supposed to be clothes and shoes, so maybe manually add shoes? Flow doesn't allow OR statements, so I had to pick one
