Online

If for some reason you are not satisfied with something you have purchased from our online store, please return the item to the address below within 14 days of purchase.  We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original, unworn, unused, smoke-free condition with original packaging.  For all eligible items purchased online, you may return for a full refund or store credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping & handling fees for returned items.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted on beauty items, sale items, or earrings.  All sales on clearance sale & holiday items are FINAL.

Purchases made in our brick & mortar location are eligible for a full refund when returned within 10 days of purchase, or eligible for store credit when returned within 30 days of purchase.
